No two supply agencies are entirely alike. So what makes Teach247 genuinely unique?

• We are a 24 hours / 7 days a week agency. You can call us at any time. So Teach247 isn't so much a name as a philosophy.

• Teach247 is exclusive.  We won’t employ teachers about whom we have any doubts & we shall not send teachers into bad schools. This means we reject many CVs & we turn down some schools.

• Schools - What are you being charged? We will beat it.  Promise.

• Teachers - Free CRB; we will refund the cost of your CRB after your first day of work. Sound fair ?
  

• Teachers - Be paid promptly. We operate our payroll three times a week, so often many teachers are paid within two days. So we don’t pay a week in hand like other agencies. This is the sort of enlightened people management that our teachers love!
  

• Teach247’s owners are themselves teachers who keep their own hands in! I With most agencies the owners and operators have lost touch with what goes on in schools, but our directors and owners will regularly pitch up at schools and teach for a day. It’s good for them, as well as for the schools and the teachers with whom Teach247 needs to continually identify!
